Nature +1 is a consultancy working to facilitate listening to Nature in our daily choices
Any individual, community group, business or large scale corporation are all fundamentally beings of Nature. At Nature +1, we believe every human has unique and essential gifts for the benefit of the Earth’s community. Go to the Nature +1 bookings calendar to arrange a 1 to 1 session to learn more.
Nature +1 states from the outset of any working relationship, that Nature is our partner in everything we do. We are invited to the greatest party and can show up in a good way. This includes giving time for listening and reflecting on how we can positively contribute to Nature’s living systems of all beings through our choices and the systems we use in our organisations.
Through 1 to 1 sessions, workshops or deeper organisational inquiries, we can explore who you are, what you bring and what is the wider context in which you are bringing it. Listening for how your skills and wisdoms can inform choices and actions, for yourself, your community, land or organisation, and the systems we participate in.

- Research briefing and organisational systems reviews to support governance and teams
About Nature +1
Nature +1 has been set up by Suzi Steer as a Nature friendly consulting organisation as a way of formally offering the services that she’s been evolving.
Including:
- Working directly in listening and observation with people and trees in woodlands, landscapes, gardens and on farmland and following up with research and collaborativly devised projects.
- Being part of environmental and social justice organisations, teaching maths in schools, founding the Tree Conference and eventually working internationally to collaborate on organisational structures and systems that facilitate a positive future for trees and communities.
