The Tree Conference brings together experts from many backgrounds and experiences.
Gardeners, farmers, artists, foresters, conservationists, scientists, tree speakers, musicians and representatives of indigenous biocultures, international policy and local governance. Land managers, funders, arboriculturalists and any member of the general public who are interested in trees and plants.
Listening across difference
The events and panels are designed to bring together experts with contrasting perspectives. Holding space to listen across differences unified by care for trees. Often people who care for trees and land have very different takes on how that should be done. There are as many different ways of relating to trees are as there are people. At Tree Conferences we endeavour to hold a forum where people can learn from each other without needing to think or be the same.
