2025 is an important year for how we take care of trees, forests & each other
The Tree Conference tracks the rising tide of care and passion in local communities all over the world for Nature by:
- Calling for citizen-led and bio-cultural tree care and celebrating best practices.
- Addressing harms to old growth forests and communities in our human systems.
- Highlighting the amazing work of scientists and community practitioners working with trees ecosystems.
We see and feel Nature through our interactions with the soils, waters, forests, plants, creatures and lands, and through the communities that care for them.
The Tree Conference Team are putting together powerful panels and sessions to explore how communities are protecting and regenerating local food systems, gardens, rivers, forests, territories, economies and inherent rights.
Our team specialise in bring together representatives with differing perspectives to collaborate and listen for positive solutions. Always with the best long term outcomes for trees, waters and communities with healthy foods and bioregional cultures as a baseline.
At the Tree Conference our eyes and hearts are very squarely on what supports trees, forests and communities to survive and thrive particularly through grassroots approaches. Listening for and walking the path that leads to a positive future for all beings of Nature.
